Contact our customer service department via email with your order number and reason for return to initiate the authorization process.
Prepare the Goods
Ensure all stone slabs are securely repacked on their original pallets and wrapped tightly to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection
We will coordinate a professional haulage collection from your property; please note that return haulage costs will be deducted from your final refund.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the materials arrive at our depot and pass a quality inspection for breakage or use, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
